Corporate governance refers to the structure, rules, systems, processes and principles used to direct and manage a company. The ultimate goal of effective Corporate Governance is long-term value creation and strengthening of a company’s reputation.

The company has a Board of Directors that provides strategic oversight and is committed to ensuring that the highest standards of corporate governance and ethics are maintained across the company. The Board has built a firm internal control system, implemented mechanisms to ensure total compliance
to our Code of Business Conduct, applicable laws, regulations and guidelines.

The Board is composed of a total of 8 highly experienced directors with YYY being non-executive directors.

MR. MUHANGUZI EMMANUEL

BOARD CHAIR-NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

MUHANGUZI EMMANUEL is a distinguished professional with over 17 years of work experience in Government and development service. He holds an MBA from ESAMI and a BA degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Makerere University. He brings to the board a wealth of experience in strategic human resource management, labour migration and international immigration management.

MR. KALENGE BASHIR

BOARD SECRETARY-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

MR KALENGE BASHIR is a highly experienced Lawyer with over fifteen years’ experience spanning the areas of private legal practice, academia, public sector in Government and the Aviation industry. He brings a wealth of experience on issues of board management, human resources management, corporate strategy & general management. He holds a Master of laws Degree (LL.M) from University of Manchester & Bachelor of Laws Degree from Makerere University.

MS. CHARITY KABASAMBU

ED [ HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATION ]

CHARITY KABASAMBU is a Human Resource Management Specialist with over 17 years of progressive career track record and vast experience in different industries/sectors. She holds BA in Social Sciences and a Post Graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from UMI. She brings a wealth of experience on issues related to Human Resource Management.

MR. MANAFA SHAFFI MASAI

ED [ RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT ]

He is currently the Head of Membership Development, Marketing and Communication at the Federation of Uganda Employers (FUE). He possesses Master’s degree in International relations and Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration. He brings to the board a wealth of experience related to corporate governance, branding, corporate relations & marketing.

MR. GRACE KAKAGANGO KANYIKYE

ED [ ADVISOR ]

Grace is the current National vice chairman, National Execution Committee veteran’s league of the National Resistance Movement. She is one of the founding members of Security Link with a wealth of experience in corporate relations, administration, government operations and security. She will play a key role in advising management on matters of policy, laws and regulations.

MR. MUHUMUZA ABRAHAM KASSAMI

ED [ FINANCIAL ADVISOR ]

Mr Muhumuza is an astute, knowledgeable and well experienced accountant, business strategist and administrator. He has over 20 years professional experience in entrepreneurship, audit and risk management, corporate strategy and employee relations. With an ICPAU and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mr Muhumuza brings to the board professional experience related to the management of strategy & corporate risks.

MR. NOOH MUHAMMAD MAYAMBALA

ED [ ADVISOR ]

Mr MAYAMBALA is a distinguished entrepreneur & business leader with a number of successful companies. With a BA in Business Administration from the Norwegian Business School NHHK-Osolo, Norway, he brings the board a wealth of experience spanning over 32 years. He is currently the chairman of Norema Cleaning Services (U) and Askeladden Renhold (NOR). He is an experienced business strategist, corporate leader and entrepreneur.

MRS. NABBALE SHAMIM

GENERAL MANAGER

Ms. Nabbale is an accompolished manager with exceptional experience in Information Technology & Administration. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Information and Technology and has over 16 years of experience, Ms Nabbale has the requisite experience to steer company to great heights.

MRS. LILLIAN KYOMUGASHO

FINANCIAL AUDITOR

Lilian is a certified Accountant with over 8 years of experience in Finance and administration, possessing intimate knowledge in accounting, taxation and strategic management. Lillian also holds a BSC Accounting and Finance Kyambogo University. She brings a wealth of experience in project planning and budgeting, financial management, procurement, Audit and internal controls.

MR. CHRIS NDAGANO

HEAD OF OPERATIONS

CHRIS M NDAGANO holds a B.A. Econ, Agric Marketing, Dip. Marketing and sales management from Agra University- India. Worked with MSI - Uganda as IE&C coordinator (2000 - 2003), General manager- Hoima resort hotel (2009 -2012) Head PR /Marketing - Security link limited Uganda (2016 – Todate He brings a wealth of experience in marketing and public relations.
